Daily Duties at Casa De La Luz:

Direct supervision of 10 field nurses and indirect supervision of 10 C.N.A.'s providing patient care in the home and facility environments. Coordinated hospice care for approximately 125 patients daily. Managed staffing assignments, maintained patient's EMR, performed documentation audits, coordinated team meetings, trained new nursing employees and performed staff evaluations. Successfully resolved patient care issues on a weekly basis.
