Created and revised nursing and office policies and procedures; managed staffing assignments which included 2 nurses, 2 aides, 1 chaplain and 1 social worker; performed nursing orientation /training; supervised clinical field staff performance as per above; initiated and facilitated successful preparation for State and Medicare certification; performed direct patient care, coordinated on call coverage and made marketing visits in the community.
