Direct supervision of Clinical Operations department which consisted of 8 nurses and and 3 scheduling receptionists. Nurses worked in different wings each day with different physicians. Hours of operation 8-5 Mon- Friday. Coordinated nurse and MD schedules with oversight on weekly and monthly scheduling.
