Led flight operations for all nine fleets in worldwide operations. Directed all Fleet Chief Pilots in the delivery of flight training for pilots as well as emergency procedures training for flight attendants. Prepared $187M annual budget, business plans, forecasting, scheduling, performance standards and oversight of more than 600 employees.
