Directed a staff of 6 in the quality assurance department advised and audited flight operations. Scheduling. Dispatch. Fixed Base operations at multiple sites. Set up and adhered to Budget of the QA department. developed and implemented the methods of inspecting and testing standards. implemented and managed quality management principles and tools. provide QA technical expertise for the resolution of issues/investigations. oversee all internal and external audits. Plan budget for the QA department. contribute to the implementation of companywide policies and procedures. establish standards for cost control waste reduction company wide. ensure compliance with current state regulations.
