Answered technical questions for Teamcenter and other Engineering applications. Created remote connections to customer’s systems to facilitate troubleshooting and provide technical solutions. Configured Teamcenter applications to support customer requirements and collaborated with software developers for customizations. Resolved consumer issues with strong verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Created test cases, quick references guides, student training guides to facilitate self-paced application. Build a hands-on test lab for instruction including Basic Navigation, Engineering Release, and Export Control processes. Developed cubes to report the latest released project version, manage users and group memberships for yearly review.
