Responsible for managing 50 quality employees for two business operations (Forgings and Bombs). Maintained ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Systems and worked with certification registrars. Worked as primary point of contact for all Customers and external sources on quality matters. Lead corrective action and improvement teams.
