Daily Duties at Hi Shear Technologies:
Manage Quality Systems, Quality Inspection, Quality Engineering, and Test Operations. Assure that all product meet company and customer requirements prior to shipment. Member of Executive leadership team; established strategic goals and site plans for the organization. Established goals for quality department and measured performance. Established department budgets and assured completion of jobs within budget and on-time.
