Nuclear Consultant - Professional Procedure Writer - RX Head Replacement project. Responsible for resolving and incorporating 267 (of 1400) CAP actions requiring revisions to Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering procedures. Developed new and revised existing technical procedures to support effective operations, maintenance departments and engineering projects in power generation station. Regularly bettered project scheduled procedure due dates eliminating the need to replace a vacated peer procedure writer position and gaining additional assignments. Position required previous successful procedure writing assignments, an SRO license at a B&W PWR, successful completion of previous on-site contract assignments, excellent skills to work cross-functionally throughout the organization, and strong skills with MS Suite, especially Word & Excel and SAP. Career experience with power plant operations was determined equivalent to a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) in a scientific discipline. Possessed strong problem solving skills, creativity, excellent oral and written communications skills, and a record of commitment to core values, organizational goals and key initiatives.
