Daily Duties at Southern California Edison:
Project Manager 1 - root Cause analysis Mentor. Lead Root Cause Analysis teams evaluating issues through product reviews, observations and interviews. Identified and trended causes and assured corrective actions were documented resolution and tracked to completion. Additionally, reviewed and upgraded the existing site CAP process. Proven demonstration of strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills in support of technical professionals. Previous experience with Incident or Problem management in a technically complex environment. Expertise and experience in the methodology of Incident or Problem Management as a discipline (i.e. ITIL). Ability to develop effective relationships with peers, direct reports, executive, and key stakeholders Experience in managing the resolution of business-critical, time sensitive events Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels, including technical information. Effective presentation and interpersonal skills, with meeting facilitation experience. Previous experience in a Problem Solving methodology (i.e. Kepner-Tregoe) would be an asset.
