Monitored communications network and report/troubleshoot outages, with a focus on multiplexing and encryption. Coordinated with Network Administrators, System Administrators, Satellite Controllers, and Outside Plant to resolve network issues. Conducted daily and monthly system updates with outlying sites. Served as liaison between remote locations and regional headquarters.
