Daily Duties at Neighborhood Legal Services Of Los Angeles County:
As a part of the executive management team, responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and administrative management of the three program offices in El Monte, Glendale and Pacoima. Direct reports: Three office managers and one HR associate. Areas of responsibility and leadership includes labor relations, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, benefits, compensation, policy development and administration, recruitment, HRIS, provide guidance to payroll, IIPP and disaster planning. Provided leadership on staff and management retreats meetings, and safety committee. Self-auditing of I-9’s and personnel records. Implemented and administers Paychex HRIS self-service. Conducts investigations, and serves as hearing officer for all grievances and employee conflicts.
