Senior Venue Systems Analyst • Managed Transformation teams, over 15 employees (POS Analysts, Business Analysts and Network Engineers) & various union contractors (hiring, setting objectives and providing performance feedback) • Managed Active Directory user accounts on a Windows 2003 / 2008 Server • Managed Email accounts on a Windows Exchange 2003 / 2007 Server • Customer Support for 7000+ in-house, off site and C-Level Executives using Remedy Ticketing System • Installed, Configured and maintained OSX, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Fedora 11&13 to ensure that the required Service Level Agreement was being adhered to • Planned hardware and software deployment schedules during various in house projects • Asset management of various Software, Hardware and peripherals including end of life units • Utilized Ghost Cast to build new Desktop images for the Dell Optiplex, Latitude and Netbook line • Utilized Microsoft SCCM for assisting customers remotely • Utilized SCCM to provide monthly management reports • Troubleshot and repaired HP, Xerox and Dell printers both networked and local • Installed and maintained Cisco VOIP phones • Identified virus trends with various users, which lead to the removal of malware using various tools • Participated in On-Call rotation for weekend and after hours support • Provided a leadership role in positioning the business in optimizing current computer investments while integrating IT solutions that simplify our technology department, improve performance, drive productivity, reduce cost, enhance security and provide flexibility for growth • Facilitate communication with clients in meetings to provide root cause descriptions and documentation of trouble issues to prevent future repetition and preventative measures Apple Mac Support • Lead Apple hardware Tech - IMAC, Macbook, Macbook Pro, MacPro and Macmini • Lead Apple software Tech - MAC OS X 10.5, 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8 Office 2008 + 2010, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut • Virtualization support for Apple users running VMware Fusion 3.0 to run Windows XP, 7 and Fedora 11 & 13 Point of Sale - Event Support • Managed all areas of Agilysys Point of Sale hospitality systems. Supervise POS system support on a 24/7 basis for Madison Square Garden Arena, Radio City Music Hall, Wang Theatre, Chicago Theatre, Beacon Theatre and LA Forum. Work with the team to provide hardware and software support of all items entered into Eatec to be pushed into our hospitality system • Managed a 10 member team (Business Analysts, Application Developers, System Operations) in design, implementation, maintenance, and support of strategic and highly customized application systems to facilitate process improvements in planning, production, and execution of merchandise pricing, catering pricing and time management across all venues • Work on multiple stages of a project life cycle from formulating and defining system scope. Analyze existing system logic and operation, feasibility study, gap analysis, and implementing support and maintenance for POS and network hardware to solve end user problems • Interface with business users to complete upgrades and prepare maintenance of new software and hardware. Update Business Process Requirements (BPR) and Software System Requirements (SSR). Create test cases and test scripts • Following protocol for incident resolutions to find root cause so we can define, analyze and prevent future incidences. Using Remedy ticketing to support sports team and escalate urgent issues and minimize system outages Fuse Networks / TV • Managed Web and interactive communications projects from initial consultation through successful launch • Acted as a liaison between several groups (Developers, Business Analysts, System Operations) within the business and technology to meet project deadlines and objectives with success • Created and monitored schedules, deliverables and internal and vendor resources to deliver projects on time and on budget. • Wrote a myriad of Python scripts for reporting, backups, log processing and software deployment • Contribute to user interface, design and development efforts • Contribute to application and website testing efforts
