Daily Duties at Steinmart, Inc:
Development of mission-critical business intelligence and data warehouse solutions in support of a new Oracle ERP system, Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System as well as several in-house developed legacy systems. Modeled the Supply Chain and Inventory staging and warehouse databases based on customer information requirements and data warehouse best practices. Developed large number of ETL processes utilizing Microsoft SSIS, T-Sql Stored Procedures and C# for the extraction, cleansing and loading source data into the new data warehouse. The ETL packages extracted data from a variety of sources including Oracle 11i, iSeries AS400 DB2, MySQL, SQL Server 2008 R2 and 2012 as well as XML and .CSV files. Mentored the data warehouse and reporting teams on high performance query development, SQL Optimization and SQL Server Troubleshooting.
