Managed annual, spot, and special interest area safety inspections and ensured safe operating conditions; protecting 9,000+ base personnel working in 663 facilities. Ensured compliance and enforcement of various safety and occupational health subprograms, such as medical surveillance, physical safety, fall protection, confined spaces, lockout/tagout and risk management programs. Managed the Environmental Management System; coordinated on 1,000+ hazardous material requests. Provided 100+ hours of safety related training to 300+ personnel.
