Analyzed manpower data to assist in development of operational manpower plans and personnel accountability. Created HR policies and procedures for combat and garrison situations. Oversaw Moral, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) initiatives for the 5,000+ deployed and/or assigned Marines within Central Command.
