Daily Duties at Us Army:

Assisted the troop commander in maintaining combat readiness, regulations, safety, and effectiveness of 97 soldiers during deployment from April - September, and post deployment from September to March. - Supervised all troop logistics transactions and maintenance of 20 vehicles, communications, weapons, NBC (nuclear, biological, and chemical) protection and automations equipment valued in excess of $40 million. - Responsible and served as the platoon leader for the Troop specialty section that included a personnel section, weapons maintenance & service, NBC maintenance & service, logistics and communications section of 22 soldiers. I was responsible for scheduling and supervising their day to day and long term operations, customer service of the four platoons of over soldiers. I was also responsible for their health and welfare, professional development, counseling, mentoring and evaluation. - Responsible for resourcing and planning troop and platoon level training events in accordance with Troop commander's priorities. - Served as second in command for Troop commander and assumed some of his duties when delegated or all in his absence. - After certification served as the master arctic and cold weather skills trainer and expert in the Troop. Certified to train personnel on risk management, personal survival and sustainment, military operations, and equipment maintenance and operations northern geographic regions and cold to extremely cold conditions.
