- Led a team of seven students to complete a project on Improving the Racial and Gender Diversity among their volunteers. - By using Why - Why analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Fishbone diagram and Affinity charts, effective solutions were designed which was widely appreciated in the company. - A dramatic increase of 60% in Racial and Gender diversity was observed in applicants over the next three months. In addition a general increase in the number of applicants was also observed.
