Daily Duties at Ws Packaging:
- Primary duties involve leading SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) events to reduce lead times of changeovers at various presses. - Responsible to design, implement and audit standard work for all operations at flexo presses. - Established PULL system for materials which led to a - Lead a TPM for a Mark Andy Press. - Organize Kaizen events to perform 6S in specific areas of the plant. Responsible for audit 6S in all areas of the plant. - Lead an FMEA to diagnose root causes for errors in Plate mounting.
