Responsible for service line. Provided administrative leadership for planning directing and managing of departments including overall operations for nursing and other services for Center for Mental Health (adults, jail diversion program, and geriatric patients). This included delivery of mental health services on inpatient unit and Psychiatric Observation / Intake Department. Maintained oversight of Psychiatrists including other specialties to ensure regulatory compliance. Managed multidisciplinary team of 55. Responsible for Behavioral Utilization/Case Management. Administrator In-Charge for hospital on rotating basis.
