Daily Duties at Corrigan Real Estate Services :
• Worked with investors to assemble and purchase land / shopping centers. • Responsible for the leasing and management of over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space. • Prepared annual budgets for all leased/managed properties in my portfolio. • Member of the redevelopment and refinance division. Implemented finance/refinance packages. • Worked on all aspects of redevelopment including lease restructuring, re-tenanting and architectural coordination.
