• Held supervisory responsibility for a retail leasing team. Continually prospect for third-party listings and Tenant Representation clients. • Lease Retail Center portfolio. Investment property portfolio includes acquisition and disposition of commercial property. • Negotiate LOI’s, and Listing Agreements and prepare annual budgets for entire portfolio. • Achieved leasing goals and disposed of a key asset in a struggling portfolio. Assisted client with 2M sq. ft. of retail space. Awarded the Break Out Award for first year achievements at the firm.
