• Assisted Project Manager with supervising the construction stages, including budgeting, scheduling, purchasing materials and attending field meetings (below lists two projects) Penn Foundation & Residence Project: The owner’s apartment and office renovation projects that are scheduled to complete in 22 weeks. Contacted subcontractors and received proposals from them, also developed budget and schedule by using Excel and Project, drafted purchase orders. Dealt with these two projects and another one at the same time, but successfully finished the projects. 73 Worth Street, Apt 4C Renovation project: A newly bought apartment makeup project that the clients required moving in during construction. Attended on-site meeting and made a customized schedule. Worked with subcontractors and vendors on pricing and lead-time. Though some long lead-time materials delayed the project, the clients were satisfied with what we’ve done to meet their needs. • Assisted Chief Estimator in bidding projects Read drawings and prepared bid proposals. Prepared quantity takeoffs on assigned projects. Utilized Excel and appropriate method to calculate estimates, helped manage, record and track database.
