Subcontract Administration for major subsystems and components of Missile/UAV program. Responsibilities included negotiation of complex requirements with competitive and single source suppliers. Lead in Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audit preparation by auditing and properly documenting Purchase Orders and Subcontracts from previous procurement personnel. Small Business Administrator – Wrote Policy and Procedure and established Small Business Program for business unit.
