Data Cleansing-This includes identifying and removing un-deliverable records, records with derogatory words, moving information from a wrong field to the correct field, removing extraneous data, even escape codes. • Account Management (Farmers Insurance of Hawaii, Central Pacific Bank, First Hawaiian Bank) • Data Standardization-Standardize address to postal requirements including reformatting of addresses to get the highest match rates to the USPS DPV database for plus4s and address validation. • Created Clean Mailing lists for Clients for Direct Mailing • Merge-Purge - Removing duplicates within and/or across files • Analytics-modeling, response analysis, customer profiling and more • Marketing/Sales • Handling sensitive customer information • Knowledge of FoxPro, Excel, Access, Accuzip • Created Project Summaries and Audit's for each Client • Created Return on Investment (ROI) reports on specific demographics that were mailed • Worked closely with Vice President of Marketing for Farmers Insurance and First Hawaiian Bank
