Daily Duties at Bef:
Assist VP of operations and provide extensive phone support to techs and customers. Develop a technical install and repair training for a photo-lab roll-out, including HMI, VFDs, and PLCs, fiber optics, various sensors and cameras. Train techs new to the industry. Work closely with venders, to expedite parts and supplies for installs. Follow up problem installs, diagnose and repair. Rebuild photo-labs and digital printer/scanners. Train customers on product operation and maintenance. Assist in trade shows and demos. Submit all paperwork weekly
