Daily Duties at Analog Way:
Successfully complete in-house electronic technical repair duties for the US office on AV switchers, scalars, D/As, converters and remotes. Give phone support to assist field engineers resolve configuration, connectivity, software upgrade and hardware issues. Upgrade unresolved phone support issues to in house repair. Diagnose and repair issues to component level, solder and replace damaged parts. Test and observe equipment in working AV environment to confirm product function. Blend two projectors to work get one large image. Submit all paperwork daily.
