Daily Duties at Trade Station:
Answer incoming calls from clients regarding their trading accounts approximately 30 calls per day. Research issues and provide resolutions to clients inquiries. Began to work on additional projects such as conatcting clients who did not complate their Option or Margin agreements correctly.
