•Liaised with Executive Committee, offshore fund administrators, third parties, sales and marketing professionals and clients regarding monthly activities and client inquiries •Managed investor inquiries and requests concerning trade activities and account holdings •Responsible for validating and releasing of sensitive trade information to Executive Committee and clients •Worked closely with CAO, COO, Director of Operations, investment team and sales professionals on ad hoc reports and projects •Maintained the collection, analysis, and coding of daily subscription and redemption activities
