Daily Duties at Red Lion Hotels And Casinos:

$56m P&L accountability. Managed 22 senior staff members. Directed operations of multi-unit hotel/motel and 3 casinos with Food and Beverage. My daily responsibilities included Airline reservation system and anaylizing daily load factor for staffing needs. Monitoring all room availability to accommadate incoming flights and tracking player participation. Monitor slot floor performance and making changes to slot floor to maximize revenues. Scheduled all daily and monthly entertainment schedule for a showroom of 600 seats. Met with Property management to maintain high standard of value in both rooms and restaurants.
