Daily Duties at Isle Of Capri Casino And Hotel:
$110m P/L accountability, Managed staff of 575. Directed all operations for Casino, hospitality and property management as well as Food and Beverage. Daily responsibilities included first with meeting with my executive committee to review daily weekly and monthly forecast comparisons, slot management report analysis for identification of slot machine performance. Room Revenue ADR review to maintain our daily rates for rooms. Food and Beverage Sales and labor report to insure proper staffing levels. Property management review to update schedules on slot floor maintenance, property enhancement and identify and schedule daily maitenance. Players Club update on scheduled high roller events and marketing strategies for upcoming monthly events calendar.
