Daily Duties at G&G Development:

• Supervision and Leadership of 7 stores. • Assist in Training and Coaching of Leadership & Staff • Identify profit increase opportunities • Inspire and Motivate Staff to achieve goals • Monitor progress towards preset goals and Coach accordingly • Create a Culture Amazement in Guest Service both internal & external • Help in hiring, firing and scheduling of STL’s and Team Members • Ensure that Team Member Performance Standards are met • Develop Store Lead Measures for Company WIG’s • Promote growth through Individual and Store Community involvement
