Total Product Support Engineer As a contractor to Applied Materials: Working closely with remote customer sites in order to increase contract productivity, specifically one of the larger semiconductor companies of the current time. Analyze chronic part failures to drive part performance and cost improvements. Extensive use of CAPA and 8D methodology. Focus on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Drive vendors to improvement plans on specific chronic parts. Performing these duties for metallization and metrology products offered by Applied Materials.
