As working as a temporary employee position through temporary agency coordinated meetings; Greeted visitors and business associates; Referred incoming calls to respective parties; sorted and distributed all incoming mail. Maintained office equipment; monitored and ordered office supplies. Provided clerical support to a recruiting team; screened incoming resumes and entered data into an applicant tracking database.
