Daily Duties at Sherman Associates:
Oversight of accounting and financial reporting, including tax reporting, for over 30 varying real estate partnerships. In charge of intercompany allocations and reconciliation, project job costing. Responsible for overall financial reporting to multiple internal and external parties with varying requirements including IRS, Section 8, HUD, MHFA, lenders, investors and property owners. Percentage of completion revenue recognition for development projects. Lead contact for annual audit.
