Daily Duties at Caci International:

Provide administrative support on the Defense Information Systems Network Support Services and Defense Global Solutions Contracts to the Director of Operations and Program Managers. Assisted the Program Control Specialist in various contract duties. Prepared OCONUS/CONUS monthly progress reports for Defense Information Systems Agency(DISA). Administered personnel documents to subcontractor employees. Prepared purchased requisitions for subcontractors and equipment. Conducted subcontractor timecard audits. Maintained contract correspondence, vendor invoices, purchased orders, receive reports and subcontractors files. Coordinated with purchasing department, vendors, and staging department on shipment of equipment and tools. Tracked contract expenditures for the various task orders. Managed a database to keep track of circuit installation at the various government sites. Resolved account payable issue between vendor and accounting department.
