Received, reviewed, processed and tracked over 500 vendor employee expense reports including reports that received per diem review on a monthly basis. Verified account numbers, job numbers, allowable and unallowable cost for accounting purposes. Acted as a liaison between employees, vendor, finance and Accounts Payable Division. Conducted on-site and off-site training for staff members on Verizon and government expenses and reimbursement policies for auditing purposes. Notified employees of any changes in policy. Monitored and verified vendor checks and reimbursement payment in SAP database. Researched discrepancies and problems; assisted in the resolution process.
