FACULTY TEACHING & LEARNING CENTER -Created a newsletter to enhance communication -Teach vocational education skill standard courses for faculty certification -Mentor faculty on a variety of issues ranging from classroom management to creating program marketing plan -Created a website to enhance communication -Provided instruction to new hire faculty -Created CORE Quickstart Instructor Orientation -Duplicated the face-to-face training as an online training PHI THETA KAPPA CONTACT ADVISOR -Beta Omicron Gamma Chapter Advisor -Acts as a liaison for PTK with college administration -Manage budget -Certified Leadership Instructor -Teach quarterly leadership courses -Provide a PTK team leadership training for new officers and members twice a year. -Mentor student leaders -Market PTK to the faculty and administration -Administer chapter for international headquarters -Assist chapter leaders with honors and college projects TENURED FACULTY -Teach F-to-F, web-enhanced, and online courses; 18-20 credits per quarter -Teach hybrid college success course -Lead a team of 5 adjunct instructors -Program & curriculum development -Program assessment & review -Create quarterly class schedule -Manage program budget -Work collaboratively with community advisory committee -Provide program orientation for new students -Provide student advising, grant writing & grant oversight -Coordinate community internship/resource fair on campus twice a year -Coordinate service learning opportunities
