Manage office staff including those responsible for Patient Registration and Medical Records in a Non-Profit Adult Primary Care Medical & Dental free clinic • Responsible for daily operations of the clinic, including IT, Human Resources, Accounting & o Volunteer Physician and Auxiliary staff scheduling • Developed Employee & Office Procedure Manuals. Instituted Self Assessment Performance Review • Responsibilities include A/P Analysis, Inventory control, Payroll, Cash Management & o Budgeting. Monthly and Quarterly reporting of Financial & Clinical Data/ Annual Audit • Responsible for Administration of compensation and benefits program – Salary, IRA, Medical, Life, Disability and Workers Compensation • Coordinate & Recruit Clinical & Administrative Staff & Volunteers • Software experience includes Medics Elite, QuickBooks, Dentrix, and Microsoft Office Suite
