Effectively managed and maintained all records, files, and documents pertaining to Special Technologies & Application Office administrative operations. Developed, prepared and scheduled training for all units and STAO personnel of policy and procedure changes within records management division. Presented and prepared PowerPoint presentations to STAO government employees. Escorted personnel and visitors in support of the security division. Established, prepared, reviewed and documented administrative policies and procedures when necessary. Provided back up support to various Unit Chiefs within Cyberspace Division. Provided assistance to Financial Management Team by reviewing, reconciling and filing purchasing invoices. Provided assistance to Workforce Management Team by reading and reviewing policies for grammatical errors. Attended and prepared weekly facility meetings of confidential discussions to meet the needs of the client in an intelligence environment. Transferred meeting minutes into Access Database to track the weekly progress of new construction at the off-site and tracking action items of future dates of scheduled action items. Created and managed Unclassified and Classified files in a locked secured room. Assisted in administrative duties upon request.
