Operations Sales Associate, Coral Gables, FL Selected to support top producing Account Manager and sales team to build a strong loan pipeline and broker client relationships. •Analyzed 1003's, Deeds, HUD-1, UCC's, GFE/TIL's, Title Commitments, Appraisals, Environmental Reports, Tax Returns, Rent Rolls and Surveys before closing. •Discussed loan scenarios and pricing with mortgage brokers on Multi-family, Mixed Use, Office/Retail, and specialty commercial type properties.
