Daily Duties at Randstad Us:

Facilitated internal Management and Home Mortgage Team training in the development and implementation of a new compliance mortgage system (CORE). •Traveled weekly throughout the United States to various Wells Fargo sites to provide compliance training and assessments to the mortgage team. •Created training feedback reports and ensured software comprehension throughout Wells Fargo branches. •Hosted in person and remote training presentations unique to the needs of branch managers. •Supervised and distributed daily title and insurance audits to the Wells Fargo India Solutions team. •Liaise between U.S. and India Wells Fargo Managers to resolve document discrepancies discovered within an audit review
