Daily Duties at Bailey, Banks & Biddle:

Monitored and evaluated results in alignment with project goals and objectives. Directly managed 30 employees on a daily basis. Coordinated all staff activities, monitored production levels and identified and resolved challenges affecting employee performance. Managed full range of data and information collection, analysis, and coordination, tracking and reporting. Interacted with management to review and develop strategic goals. Key member of leadership team, positively influencing allocation of organizational resources to improve organization’s ability to attain objectives. Conducted various audits in the areas of finance, human capital management and inventory management, reporting status and recommendations to management. Generated daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and forecasting reports, routinely presenting to executives. Selected, contracted, and oversaw employees and contractors while actively encouraging communication, coordination, innovation and high quality team products.  Interpreted and applied Federal, state and local regulations relative to operations. Developed organization-wide guidance. Developed administrative practices to improve effectiveness such as the Employee Coaching and Training Program used to evaluate, coach and track employee performance. Program resulted in increased organizational performance and employee retention. Oversaw tracking of $13M in inventory, including store-to-store transfers and shipping and receiving of merchandise. Superior time management skills afforded the time to assist and collaborate with colleagues and across product lines and departments.
