• Personal assistant and paralegal to the Managing Partner of the firm. • Maintained personal calendar of Managing Partner of the firm. • Managed high level boutique family law case files for Managing Partner. • Prepared pleadings including Complaints, Motions for Summary Judgment, Notices of Hearing/Trial/Deposition, Default Packages, Financial Disclosures, Discovery, Mediation Packages, Subpoenas, Final Judgments, Certificates, Affidavits, Stipulations and other family law pleadings. • Prepared letters to Courts and other parties. • Scheduled hearings, trials, depositions and mediations. • Prepared packages for hearings and assisted in trial preparations and packages. • Processed incoming mail from opposing counsels and Courts. • Day-to-day communication with opposing firms, Judicial Assistants and clients. • Scheduled hearings/depositions/trials and other events. • Managed all financial disclosures documents and discovery. • Prepared Dissolution Agreements.
