• Managed caseload of over 500 files. • Prepared pleadings including Complaints, Motions for Summary Judgment, Notices of Hearing/Trial/Deposition, Default Packages, Discovery, Mediation Packages, Subpoenas, Final Judgments, Certificates, Affidavits, Stipulations and other foreclosure and real estate pleadings. • Managed all Litigation Files within the firm with firm’s Litigation Counsel. • Prepared Trial Packages. • Processed incoming mail from opposing counsels and Courts. • Day-to-day communication with opposing firms, Judicial Assistants and clients. • Scheduled hearings/depositions/trials and other events and maintained daily calendar. • Prepared packages for hearings. • Created firm Training Program and trained all incoming paralegals. • Managed all files of outgoing paralegals to ensure the files were up-to-date. • Reported to Senior Partner within the firm. • Expert usage of Case in Point Case Management System.
