Daily Duties at United States Fidelity &Guarantee:

· Started with the company as an accounting trainee, then promoted to Accounting Supervisor and then Manager.· Managed branch office departments and operations including: accounting, human resources, computer operations, records, purchasing, communications, facilities and fleet operations for multi-state locations.· Developed and monitored branch budgets sales in excess of $300 million and payroll budgets in excess of $9 million per year.· Ensured proper premium collections, reduced outstanding balances from $15 million to $3 million within one year of taking over our Massachusetts office.· Redesigned records department which improved department efficiency and accuracy.· Monitored and ensured compliance with human resource requirements for COBRA, EEO and ADA
