Daily Duties at Computer Science Corporation:

Conduct orientation for Southwest Asia new hires; responsibilities includes submitting onboarding paper work such as W-4, State Tax, Benefit Forms to CSC Shared Services; Provide overview of CSC policies to new hires from CSC portal; Making sure new hires have the necessary information I their new hire packets to help them be successful in CSC's work environment. Provide new hires and subcontractors with answers to questions via phone or email on a daily basis in regards to on-boarding information, e-TES timecard system, travel expenses and any CSC employee personnel related questions. Provide necessary paperwork for terminated CSC employees under the supervision of Deputy Manager. Maintain soft copy personnel subcontractor information on share drive as well as hard copy personnel files in the office with the required personnel paperwork. Format resumes and uploaded to NPS Labor Classification Database. Audit timecard system for all subcontractor on the task order; make sure subcontractors using correct project number, billing labor category and entering time daily. Create work order authorizations and quick entry information in e-ETES. Approve timecard in e-TES System at the end of every pay period. Completed weekly or monthly reports required by our client; in addition in-house reports. Downloaded in house reports such as personnel roster, RSC Bundle of subcontractors and monthly calendar updates. Upload CDRLs and reports in-house database VISION. Provide travel arrangements assistance for all subcontractors. Create and submit electronic expense reports on CSC Concur System for all SWA subcontractors travel for orientation, training, mild-tour break, emergencies and return home travel; Provide the necessary itinerary and receipts with proper signatures of approval in the travel expense submittal process. Submit diner's card application for all new hires for proper approval; Reconciled monthly diner's accounts of subcontractors on the 60 days or more delinquency list; Auditing Diner's accounts making sure subcontractors are abiding by CSC rules and regulations in not using it for personnel use . Arrange meetings, fax, copy mail and provide any administrative duties as assigned.
