Daily Duties at Lender Live:

Set up remote office with lender hardware; Work in CUS Division (Contract Underwriting Services); Report to Remote Team Leader; Obtained daily "tasks" on PC work Queue; Underwrote new files and made decision to approve e, deny or suspend; Send denial for second review. Notified clients of decision by e-mail and upload the approval documents, loan comments regarding UW review, Review approval conditions and cleared as applicable,. Kept in close contact with clients to ensure optimum processing of loan. Reviewed income, asset, credit and appraisal document and on purchases the Purchase Agreement. Updated system as needed. Applied client overlays as required by referring to client document spreadsheets. Kept production log up-to date. Attended daily conference calls and weekly divisional meeting.
