Daily Duties at Close To My Heart:
• Supported 100 end user machines including hardware and software upgrades • Installed tower server and several AutoCAD workstations with network printers for engineering business • Supported server applications Great Plains, Frx, and QuickBooks • Used Nagios for server monitoring • Installed and configured new Dell rack servers with Windows Server 2008 R2 • Managed Exchange Server 2007 environment • Symantec Backup Exec monitoring and configuration • IIS version 7 configuration and monitoring for web server environment • Responsible for vendor relationships and purchasing of all hardware/software • 24/7 support for all systems/users • Completed software audit for Microsoft licensing compliance
