Daily Duties at Pfsweb:
As Inbound Operations Manager of an e-commerce logistics business a direct relationship is developed between the Logistics team and the client (E-retailer). Operations in my field of concentration, involves serving as a liaison between the customer care (quality of service), the client cost (most efficient means of serving customer with lowest marginal cost to client) and general operations feasibility, thus creating a win-win outcome.
